You need to be hard-working, professional and friendly to join our team in delivering an outstanding product and service to our members and visitors.
- Superior customer service skills, exceeding the expectation of our guests
- Innovative problem solving skills that generate solutions and quickly resolves issues
- Excellent communication skills - both oral & written
- Flexibility with rostering and committed to working evenings and weekends. Casual position
- Able to be productive individually and also as part of a team
- Sound in computer skills, phone bookings

KITCHEN TEAM MEMBERS

- Previous experience in a fast paced kitchen environment

- Adherence and understanding of HACCP

KITCHEN STEWARD MEMBERS

- Washing dishes, cutlery and heavy service equipment including large pots and pans

- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitising of all surfaces

- Cleaning the kitchen walls, benches and floors

- Taking out rubbish bins and assisting with deliveries

- Using various types of commercial dishwashers and cleaning chemicals
- Flexibility with rostering, good availability and committed to working weekends. Casual position

HOSPITALITY TEAM MEMBERS

- Enjoy working in a relaxed and vibrant team environment;
